- Annual personal income below $60,000 CAD (or regional equivalent)
- Not currently supported by an employer for software tools
Application-based. Approved on a rolling basis.
Free Access — $0/month
- Individual with a documented disability
- Disability significantly limits ability to produce content at full commercial pace
- Self-certification accepted — no third-party documentation required
